Ensure that clients don't miss their appointments. If a missed appointment would cost you time and money then SMS is a cheaper way of sending reminders than any other media.

It is illegal to use your mobile phone whilst driving. Receive and read a text message when it is safe and convenient. Discourage the use of voicemail - you never ring a mobile with the intention of leaving a message, don't compromise safety or company liability.

When texting your employees or customers, for a small monthly fee your company's name (up to a maximum of 11 characters) can be displayed as the sender on the receiving mobile.

Once they arrive with us they are stored in their encrypted format and only decrypted once they are sent out to the mobile phone networks.
