Text Messages - 9p

SMS Text - Control System software - £99.00

You will need to purchase one copy of this for your business. This is a site wide licence. It can be installed on as many systems as you like within the same business. This is for a site license for up to 25 users. Additional licences required for each 25 users package, subject to volume discount.

SMS Text Control System software annual renewal - £25.00

Again this is site wide and is a single payment covering all systems on which it is installed at your site. This charge ensures that you get new/upgraded versions of the software.

Alpha tag - £7.75 pcm

When a message arrives on a mobile phone the originating number is normally displayed. This facility allows you to change that so that your company name appears instead. This can be used so that your employee knows immediately who has sent a message. It can also be used to ensure that your company name appears on your clients phone.

Two-Way Reply Number- £7.75 pcm

Using the Fluid SMS software you can select that a message is sent out using a virtual mobile phone number. This will allows replies to the messages sent using the standard mobile reply mechanism. The replies are handled by Meercats systems with replies forwarded via email to your mailbox.

Alpha tag and Two-Way Reply Number package - £12.00 pcm

Select the dual package to be able to switch between branded messages or replies, seamlessly.

Reply Messages - 2.5p per message

Messages that reply to you virtual mobile number are sent via email to your registered mailbox.

There are other vendors of text messages and some can offer cheaper deals for either higher volumes or where the messages are originated offshore. We have also tried these services and provided you don't mind 20% (and sometimes more at peak times of the day) of the messages you send out going missing then maybe these cheaper services may satisfy you. This is a UK based company with UK originated messages. Whilst (like all SMS providors including the major networks like Vodafone) we can't guarantee delivery of the message our services are built to ensure that this is a rare occurrence.
